Meet The Staff

Denise: (Office Manager) My name is Denise and I'm thrilled to be part of Dr. Rosenzweig's dental team!.  As a 1981 graduate of The Nassau School for Dental Assistants and a patient of Dr. R.'s since 2001, I was hoping to one day be part of this professional, caring and kind group.  While my children were school aged  I was lucky enough to be chosen to work in the special education department as an aide for the Wantagh district.  Though this was a wonderful and fulfilling experience I truly missed dentistry.  When I heard that Dr. R's previous office manager was retiring I jumped at the chance to help out.  My goal here is to treat you the way I would want to be treated as a patient.  I try to schedule appointments so there is minimal wait time, I have no problem dealing with insurance company to get the most benefit from your plan, and I am always available to hold hands with a patient in need.    I hope to make your dental experience here as pleasant and easy as possible.  Call me to set up an appointment or if you have any questions at all.  I look forward to seeing you soon.

Tara: (Dental Hygienist)  As the newest member of Dr. Rosenzweig’s dental team, I am excited to be working with Dr. Rosenzweig and the rest of the staff.  I am looking forward to meeting all the patients and to making sure their visits are a comfortable and pleasant experience. I completed my degree in dental hygiene at S.U.N.Y Farmingdale and I have always taken pride in providing the best quality and care to each of my patients. It’s been such a pleasure getting to know Dr. Rosenzweig and seeing how much he cares about his patients and always puts the best interest of the patients first.  The office is OSHA accredited and all of the staff is required to take continuing education courses, therefore keeping us an up to date, state of the art practice.  The environment here is inviting, caring and just as important a “fear free zone". I feel very fortunate to have found such an amazing office with such friendly staff members.  I look forward to being a part of this team.

Lisa: (Dental Assistant) For over 10 years I've had the pleasure to be working chair side with Dr. Rosenzweig and witness wonderful transformations in people's smiles.  Dr. Rosenzweig, myself, and the rest of the staff have established rewarding and lasting relationships with our patients.  You and your family are the most important people in our office.  I've greatly enjoyed being Dr. Rosenzweig's second set of eyes in cosmetic procedures.  The doctor and my fellow workers have become my second family.  I've developed great relationships with my patients and enjoy listening and talking with them to establish what their needs are to keep them informed on all aspects of their procedure.

Norine: (Dental Hygienist) Hi! I'm Norine, one of the hygienists in our practice.  Each morning, as I get ready to go to work, I take pride in knowing that I work with people, who all get along with each other; always willing to pitch in to work as a team.  This makes the day flow easily and more efficiently. Dr. Rosenzweig and I have worked together professionally building up this practice to accommodate the highest level of care for our patients.  As any of his patients can tell you, he listens attentively to their needs and never, I mean never, rushes them out of their chair. He treats each patient as if they were his family. As a team , we keep our knowledge current by taking continuing education courses mandated by New York State.  We are OSHA accredited and follow strict sterilization procedures. The most important thing that I learned in my thirty plus years of practice is if I can make it comfortable for a patient to come into my room for treatment, not clinging onto the arms of the chair, with fear in their eyes from prior bad experiences. I know I have succeeded. I have taken time over the years to get to know my patients not as a name on a chart, but as a human being with needs and concerns about their treatment. Many of my patients are like family to me for I've known them since they were in grade school. I seen them grow up, get married and have children of their own. Today there are many ways to alleviate the anxiety, sensitivity , and trauma associated with going to the dental office.  Please take time to visit our office and meet with the staff.  Fear will be a thing of the past. It is time for pleasant experiences which are guilt free and habit forming.
